I definitely have to say it’s getting harder for me to start posting when I stop blogging for sometime. Time is really flying, and I’m try to spend more time away from computer as I no longer require to do so.
I know, it’s definitely not healthy for me to look at the computer screen almost all day long when I’m struggle to make my startup and web business work in the early stage. For now, I manage to set up a structure and system that work for my web business, it’s definitely a totally new lifestyle for me. Well, I still love blogging, maybe I love to spend more time with my family and taking vacation more:P

It’s being great, after taking sometime off, working hard to capture the Christmas Crazy Sales and couple of projects, now it’s time to evaluate our method to make money online.

As everyone know that holiday session is just around the corner, all the affiliate marketer will be busy capture a lot of business from this coming HOLIDAY traffic.
We have start couple of projects and this will keep us busy for a while.
Anyway, keep a closer watch of the Holiday Traffic using google trends and other, see what is hot and what you can do to promote those product in your website to make even more money in this holiday session.
By the way, we have look into MU wordpress to see what it’s can help us to create more powerful community website, so far so good here.
Talking about wordpress, this really remind me that we haven’t cover much about how we turn our wordpress into content management system, maybe we will cover more in this month.

This is our new 3 column design for our hoobin.com. We have install couple of monetize plugin and layout plugin into this new theme. Besides that, we also decide this year we will prioritize on providing information for topics such as …

Our site is being down for the last couple days. I’m was aways and unaware of the problem. One of the main reason is our hoobin.com is being hack or use by the spammer to send out spam emails and force our web hosting company to take drastic action to suspend our web hosting account for the last couple days. This is terrible!

This couple days, we being working on our hoobin.com new design. We have brainstorm some ideas how we going to design our new hoobin.com look. We kind of know what we want … we want a 3 column look, maintain our hoobin blue and red color brand, main page with overview info, single page with a lot of info in the main panel, and etc.

We being thinking to upgrade our hoobin.com theme to 3 column. We think by moving to 3 column theme look will help us to build our image stronger as “the definitive source for make money online“.
We know couple of bloggers in the make money online blogosphere have move their blog to 3 column theme. To have 3 column theme look will definitely help to monetize the site better since it’s have more space to put sponsor ads and links. But we don’t want to make this our primary focus and factor for us to move to 3 column theme look in Hoobin.

This couple days, we are installing couple of web analytic application such as clicktale and robotreplay for web analysis to find out how our reader using our hoobin resource center.
The result is very interesting. Well, we have to accept the fact that our site is still not that user friendly yet, our reader doesn’t seem to find the important information they are looking for.
The Challenge
One of the problems is … the reader don’t really click on the category link in our website sidebar. But category is the place where we compile most of the resources into one place. Even though they click on the category link, still we don’t give enough big picture information about the resources.
