Make Money With Blogging



We think all the professional should start blogging now even though we, hoobin.com resource center are talking about making money online!

Why blogging?

If you don’t have an online business, blogging will still help you in offline business or career.

Why we write this articles? The other day, I was talking to a friend about how you can make money through blogging. Then, he said he don’t want to really get into online business. Since he is a professional, I try to explain the benefit of blogging as professional. End of the day, he still didn’t quite get it.

I think I did a lousy job to explain what is the benefit of blogging. Maybe at that time, I just talking too much about online business success story rather then offline business success story. When think of it, I can’t really find a very good example at that point. So, I go ahead and find a good example. Now, I’m write this great example to show you how every professional should start blogging to make more money here.

Here Is The One Great Example

Martin Schwimmer, a lawyer, report that he gets at least 20% of his income from his blog. Base on Schwimmer blog, he is an independent lawyer who represents owners of some of the most famous trademarks in the world. He worked for ten years at and was a partner at Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu. Managing Intellectual Property magazine selected Schwimmer as one of the best trademark lawyers in the United States.

How Blogging Help Him To Make Money

Schwimmer started his blog SchwimmerLegal.com in May 2002. He spend only little time in writing in his blog. The content he wrote is from his preparation of his work as a lawyer. He spends approximately less then an hour per day to maintain it. He blog is primarily commenting on intellectual property news.

Stream Of Income And Network

Anywa, this is how he actually get his 20% income or more from his blog. Blog has created 3 networks for him:

1. Search Engine Traffic

For certain search terms like “trademark,” he blog is typically on the first page. Clients have approached him solely as a result of his very high search engine placement, which is created largely by the blog.

2. Fellow bloggers in his space.

It’s small in blog world. The blog keeps him in contact with other bloggers in his industry. Some referral clients have come out of that.

3. Other people such as certain clients, colleagues, and practitioners

They have become regular readers, and the blog strengthens his bond with them and increases his perceived competence.

Schwimmer is just a great example of professional just to start blogging. We think today professionals in any number of fields – attorneys, doctors, entrepreneurs, management consultants, technologists will benefit tremendously from blogging in they know how to use the blogging power.

So blogging is not only for making money online, but offline.
