The first step to start building a website is to find a web hosting.
You can go for a free hosting or getting your own web hosting. But we recommend getting your own web hosting.
Why?
If you are serious about making money online you should always start from you own web hosting. A web address or domain name will be one of your assets if you have your own web hosting. One of the benefit for having your own web hosting is you will have more control. Second, you will have your own branding. Third, you can resell your website later on.
As web hosting is getting cheaper and cheaper, we can’t find any reason for not making this kind of small investment in web hosting. Currently the price range is between $5-30$ per month.
What to look for in web hosting:
- Speed
- Reliability
- Data Transfer Allow Per Month
- Number Of Client Per Machine
- What computer they are using, How Fast
- Storage Allow
- Software Install
- Support
Ask your web hosting this questions before you sign up.
Currently, we still don’t have the time to review most of the web hosting company but if you like to know, we have switch to LunarPages for more solid and reliable hosting. As some of our profitable website traffic get heavier, it’s become crucial for our website to be online 24hrs without fail. Some of the webhosting we have try still can’t really meet our high standard, they are good, but just not good enough for us. We wish we have started with LunarPages early.
Anyway, we have few other website hosted in other web hosting company as we don’t want to put one egg in one bucket. To know more about the service and product recommend, check out our resources section.
*update: we found this review web hosting website that might be come useful if you are looking for new web hosting.
