This is the question we ask ourselves too. It’s seem like the old convention wisdom from website don’t really work that well in this area - Sticky.
In the early day, website are design as brochure, not really sticky in the first place:) Can you remember the last brochure you read … I can’t, unless I start taking up action to talk to the sales person and circle out the information I want.
