If you being using Google Analytics for a while, you will be realize that there are couple of obvious short coming in google analytic feature. This are the two main problem here for us ( exclude the data we intend to collect issue ):
- The google analytic statistic is one day delay.
- The google analytic can’t keep track of Search Engine Robot Crawler.

We being thinking to upgrade our hoobin.com theme to 3 column. We think by moving to 3 column theme look will help us to build our image stronger as “the definitive source for make money online“.
We know couple of bloggers in the make money online blogosphere have move their blog to 3 column theme. To have 3 column theme look will definitely help to monetize the site better since it’s have more space to put sponsor ads and links. But we don’t want to make this our primary focus and factor for us to move to 3 column theme look in Hoobin.

I know it’s sound cheesy … to make more money online, we really must understand our visitors, online users and customers better. But it’s truth:)
Back in the old day, keeping a page counter is our best things to do to know more about our visitors. Now, top online marketer are using bounce rate, top landing page, click through conversion and etc to measure their online marketing success.
Today, online marketer have another more powerful new weapon - HeatMap Application to measure where and how the visitor read the site. Things are just getting better and better!

This couple days, we are installing couple of web analytic application such as clicktale and robotreplay for web analysis to find out how our reader using our hoobin resource center.
The result is very interesting. Well, we have to accept the fact that our site is still not that user friendly yet, our reader doesn’t seem to find the important information they are looking for.
The Challenge
One of the problems is … the reader don’t really click on the category link in our website sidebar. But category is the place where we compile most of the resources into one place. Even though they click on the category link, still we don’t give enough big picture information about the resources.
