We Are Working On Our Definitive List Series

This couple days, we are installing couple of web analytic application such as clicktale and robotreplay for web analysis to find out how our reader using our hoobin resource center.

The result is very interesting. Well, we have to accept the fact that our site is still not that user friendly yet, our reader doesn’t seem to find the important information they are looking for.

The Challenge

One of the problems is … the reader don’t really click on the category link in our website sidebar. But category is the place where we compile most of the resources into one place. Even though they click on the category link, still we don’t give enough big picture information about the resources.

Most of the time, our readers seem to focus reading on our main panel only. So, to improve the usefulness, we need to list down the important information in the main panel and put everything into one readable page too.

The Solution

To do that, we decided to create this definitive list series. The definitive list will be in the main panel and everything is in one page. This creates more value for our readers and hopefully will become more helpful to you guys to find all the information you need.
